Le Matt is born and raised in Singapore (1985), and spent his formative years studying science. In 2008, he gave up an engineering degree course to pursue his passion in Western painting.
Graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (Diploma in Fine Art) in May 2011, he aims to create art that satisfies the eye and the mind; his ongoing focus deals with the bipartite relationship between man and beasts.
